Ally has good, not great, customer service and rates, but it is getting the money to them that is hard. For a bank that proclaims itself innovative and is dependent on internet only their mobile banking is horrendous. For over a year and a half i heard that they would roll out their app soon. That date kept getting put back, and then when they finally came out with an app it was so far behind anyone else it was laughable. To top it off they did not have a mobile deposit option. I bank with much smaller banks that had this years ago...
Refuses to send money overseas electronically.
Refuses to fax blank forms.
Refuses to email blank forms.
Refuses to communicate via email.
What is wrong with them???? This is the 21st Century!!
