“One Star Rating from Bankrate.com (the lowest rating possibe)”

No problems with Amboy Direct, however their one Star Rating gives me concern. I like the ability to transfer funds from bank to bank electronically.

“Is This Bank Going To Be Here Tomorrow”

I live off a annual distribution from sale of their stock thru esop. I have not been able to get my distribution from them for years 2009 and 2010. They tell me that they can not come up with a value for the stock for well over a year. Because i live off this income i can not pay my mortgage. They hold the mortgage and now are foreclosing on me. They never let me know that the federal reserve was investigating them. Have no idea what the result of that was. I have consulted a lawyer and showed him the only 2 letters i have received from amboy bank. In his opinion it is a last effort by the bank as to not be forced to be taken over, and that my shares now have little or no value. It looks that my share value went from $610,000 to $o since 2007. I hope someone out there can provide some type of information on the status of amboy bank

i have called, written and even email the offices of the presiden and vice president of cashiers, also the in house lawyer's office. Only got reply fron their lawyer basiclly saying that the stock market is not a good thing to rely on, but no mention of the fereral reserve investigation. Again i hope someone can provide any information or even guideance to what steps i can take before i lose my home
