BB&T bought out my local bank, and though they are generally good if you sit on top of them, their service at distance is horrible. I work and live overseas for months out of the year now, and they really do not have a grasp of dealing online or on the phone with customers. They even are charging $2.00 per BB&T Phone Banking that I must use to try and sort my issues. They send you canned, computer generated answers when you e mail them, so calling them is about your only choice. Stay away if you need a responsive bank that knows how to deal with customers who do not live right around the corner...the "Small Town Feel" does not fit customers who want more than a big smile.
under federal law is very sirious offense to open an account to any indivudual o corporation that presents false documentation, this is beyond my comprehension that your bank would be involved in something like that; I am requesting full refund of my wire transfer ASAP or you would leave me no choice but to proceede with a law suit just like my attorneys are advising me.
1100008457792 your bank confirmed that belongs to Factory Closeouts Inc; thas why I went ahead with the transaction therefore it is your full responsability and I expect You to Act properly in this matter.
Ever since they bought out my old bank I have had problems with them. I could no longer pay my rent electronically, instead they send a paper check in the US mail. The dates they post on their website are usually off by 2-3 days so my landlord was getting the rent late. Today I found out that a check sent out on the Jan 27th hasn't gotten to my landlord by today Feb 6th. They claim it was sent out and they can't guarantee the US mail. What kind of BS is that? On top of that it hasn't been 10 days yet so they want to charge me to stop payment. I have to pay a $75 late fee to my landlord now. I am going over to close my account today..
