I've been banking with bb&t for almost a year now. I opened an account with them when i started my new job, ms. Mary king helped open my account up and she was awesome. The nicest lady and she did her job very well. But i don't deal with her on a weekly basis. It's the tellers who are so rude one is named jackie and the other lady is named becky. I am your banks valued customer you shouldn't have an attitude with me just because you hate your job. Every time i go in to make a deposit or to get change they act like its a problem. I might not have the largest amount of money in my account but that shouldn't change your perception of me i am still your customer!
I don't know if veronica has left or was transferred but she was always pleasant and never caught an attitude or was rude anytime i came into the bank but for the other two ladies bb&t needs to do some new years cleaning because if this keeps up i will take my business else where! And trust me when i say i will never recommend the lake rim branch on good middling dr. To any of my customers and peers. The lack of customer service that jackie and becky have really makes that branch a burden to deal with. I would rather drive out of my way to the westwood branch than deal with the arrogance and rude attitude of those two tellers!
I've banked at BB&T for a decade and they've always done the right things for me. I don't where a 2 star rating came from - my branch has always been polite, courteous, helpful and friendly.
i have had my bank account for 4 years through bb&t and I have worked at the same place for 3 years every two weeks I go to deposit my check. and today I go and I am told that they want to put a 2 day hold on my check. I am told that it is because they do not have my employer in there computer and to go to the bank that the doctor I work for uses all way across town to cash the check and come back and deposit it... so I go to m&t to cash my check and I am charged $10 to cash my check cause I don't have a account with them... I get back to bb&t for the women inside to tell me that the reason they could not deposit my work check was because I didn't have enough funds in my account to cover the check.. I explained to her I have had as little as 20 dollars in my account before and have never had a problem I have used the same branch the same checking account and had the same employer for 3 years and now they want to start holding my pay checks... yeah I don' t think so I will be going else where to do my banking from now.. they have lost a customer
