From day one their website did not work correctly. I can almost forgive that because I do understand it happens. But to this day the website is extremely cumbersome, not user friendly and will not download items to Quicken at all. I have never had this problem with any other bank. Their bank rates are non existent and charge you for everything. I feel sorry for the teller whom I have interacted with for over 19 years who are very apologetic and also complain about the poor website, bank charges and lack of information from above management. I need to move to a bank that has what I consider common service that is, good website, better rates and doesn't nickle and dime me to death. I will certainly miss all the people who have helped me over the years at my local bank but this is too much.

Have my mortgage with Harris for 15 years and a HELOC for 10. Balloon payment was due in November, began the process of combining both loans in October, but was denied for various reasons. Never a late payment, 780 credit score and 50%+ equity in home. Now I can't get financing because the 11 weeks they jerked me around made the HELOC delinquent. Can't wait to pull all my accounts from them....not that they would notice.
I currently have an auto loan with BMO Harris Bank, and this will be the last! First off, they charge you ten dollars for online bill pay if you don't have an account with them already. Really? I'm already paying you with interest, that is just a way to charge us. Then, they sent back an electronic payment I made with my bank, causing me to assess a late fee! When I called customer service about the issue, they gave me nothing but attitude! Just plain rude, and acted like they were not at fault. Never again will I ever bank with this company. I can't wait for my five years to be up so I will never have to deal with their rudeness again.
