Whoever had the idea to change the online "banking experience" should be fired. I cannot access my account, I don't want to change my password and user ID and if I did can't do so because the instructions are vague. Can't get help by phone as the lines are busy and have been since last night. Will continue to call however I think it will be a week or more before I can access my account. I have banked with you for fifteen years or more and this mess is beneath your quality of service.

I constantly have trouble getting on line. It is Sunday, just about the only day of the week i have time to do personal banking and other related chores. I can't get on line and their is no one available at Bancorpsouth to assist by phone.
My suggestion is to have operators on the weekend. that can assist with banking needs.
The branch i bank at is Wonderful, friendly people and always willing to help... only wish they could assist on Sunday. By the way, my other bank does have 24-7 phone assistance. Thanks
