“Like dealing with aliens from outer space...........”
Bank of Albuquerque took over my mortgage from another bank. Despite repeated requests, they never reported the mortgage status to the CRAs in 5 months. This negatively affected my FICO score. I spoke with the President and CEO, among others, but was told they did not have the capability to report these loans to the credit bureaus. FICO dropped and Bank of Albuquerque didn't care. They did not seem to understand that they were in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They actually told me to sue them if I was not happy. Terrible, STUPID people that work for this hayseed bank. Free checking is way overpriced as well.

“Lose your money and dont care about average customers”
This bank is incapable of protecting the integrity of your financial data. I've been robbed 4-5 times since opening my account(s) in Jan. 2010. Worse yet, this bank has Incredibly crappy customer service when their compromising of your financial data results in screwed up finances, over charges etc, unless you are a high dollar stakes client. But, they charmingly state, "the result is out of our hands, determined by an algorithm based on the 'client relationship'"--meaning, apparently, their computer tells them I am not a sufficiently high dollar client to be worth fixing their screw up for!
