Some of boa chat support representatives are intentionally rude and impolite. When i asked them when would my e-statement be generated for this month, which i need for a mortgage loan, they kept me waiting and transferring chat to different people. And one with name kevin took 15 mins to respond and asked me a question which i don't remember.
He asked me address of the banking center where i opened this account. He made it clear complete address. How would i remember the bank address where i opened the account with zip code? It's been 5 years since i moved to different places. When i insisted to ask a different question. He was rude and told me "privacy and security concerns" he cannot tell the details.
First of all, the Branch Manager does not care about the customers. If he did, he would instruct all his employees to park in the back parking spaces. The employees all park in the best parking spaces right next to the bank. Therefore, the customers get the worst parking spaces and have to walk the furtherest. I seem several elderly persons having difficulty as well as handicapp individuals having a hard time entering the bank. The least the Branch Manager can do is instruct his employees to park two rows back.
After all their cars will be parked on the lot for eight hours. The tellers are not trained well. I am a business owner and just deposited $40,000 and then had a $1000 petty cash check to cashout. She did not know how to process it. Other branches don't do it the way she processed the check, it shows up 3 x on my statement.
They should put the business teller back in place since they don't have competent tellers that know what they are doing. I had to wait 10 minutes for a simple transaction that normally takes 3 minutes at another bank or with an more experienced teller. The lines are too long.
I have had an account with this bank for several years. I recently deposited a va check from my husband's death. They not only messed up the deposit but claimed they were sending the check back to me in the form of a bank draft in 7-10 days because the atm couldn't read it. They couldn't read i guess. It overdrew my account and all they could do was hand me their business cards and say i'm sorry.
I will never do business with them again and i want everyone to know dont bank with them especially n. Monroe branch in tallahassee florida. No i will have my power turned off tomorrow and no insurance thanks to them.
