I've heard so many bad reviews about boa and i can tell from experience that they really are. I just got off the phone with them and i can't wait to share my bad experience with them. This customer rep by the name of bella was so rude, unprofessional and condescending over the phone. They need to train their customer service rep on how to handle each calls well. I'm glad i closed my account with them. I'm sure there are other good banks that take care of their customers well.
Very poor customer service. Do credit checks with out intimating customer
While i was a student they gave me secondary account for free and later they have been charging 12 $ monthly fee and i had direct deposit setup for primary account. When i asked for refund they are saying they can't.
Who asked secondary account,they gave it for free and keep on charging since an year.
