I've heard so many bad reviews about BOA and I can tell from experience that they really are. I just got off the phone with them and I can't wait to share my bad experience with them. This customer rep by the name of Bella was so rude, unprofessional and condescending over the phone. They need to train their customer service rep on how to handle each calls well. I'm glad I closed my account with them. I'm sure there are other good banks that take care of their customers well.
I've been with BofA since 1977, when I was 15. It used to be a great bank, when it was owned in San Francisco. Since it was sold to whatever company in North Carolina, it has spiraled downhill especially in customer service. Absolute nightmare stuff. They literally fuck up everything and lie to you about what they'll do, and then when they don't do it and you call them on it, they say they can't do it. Seriously, worst bank on earth. On Monday, I will end 36 years with B of A. Stay away!!!
I am rating them as 1 below because there are no negative numbers, but giving them a 1 is vastly overrating them.
Well, how shocked would you be to find out that on every check that goes out from your checking account has the ITF and the name of that person!!!! Why would a check sent out need to have that information on it???? Whose business is it who you have your money entrusted to????
Oh, if you have any questions on that account and elected not to speak with someone in another country, then plan to spend at minimum a hour and a half waiting on the phone. Please!!!!!
