I've been over charged multiple times, twice in one day for the same amount and the same item.

I've been over charged for NSF multiple times since I moved to Florida from Seattle. Twice in one day on one occasion for the same amount and the same item. This has happened so many times that I'm seriously considering closing all my accounts because of this and and another problem which is "BILL PAY." I have set up to pay some of my bill through Bill Pay. Two accounts weren't paid as it was set up to do. Bank Of America never informed me that the payment wasn't paid..so it went unpaid for almost 1 and a half months. This impacted my credit report. The worst thing about it was it wasn't my fault.

Poor Management-Worst Branch Service Ever! Sylmar, CA

First of all, the Branch Manager does not care about the customers. If he did, he would instruct all his employees to park in the back parking spaces. The employees all park in the best parking spaces right next to the bank. Therefore, the customers get the worst parking spaces and have to walk the furtherest. I seem several elderly persons having difficulty as well as handicapp individuals having a hard time entering the bank. The least the Branch Manager can do is instruct his employees to park two rows back.

After all their cars will be parked on the lot for eight hours. The tellers are not trained well. I am a business owner and just deposited $40,000 and then had a $1000 petty cash check to cashout. She did not know how to process it. Other branches don't do it the way she processed the check, it shows up 3 x on my statement.

They should put the business teller back in place since they don't have competent tellers that know what they are doing. I had to wait 10 minutes for a simple transaction that normally takes 3 minutes at another bank or with an more experienced teller. The lines are too long.

Do Not Bank Here!

I have had an account with this bank for several years. I recently deposited a va check from my husband's death. They not only messed up the deposit but claimed they were sending the check back to me in the form of a bank draft in 7-10 days because the atm couldn't read it. They couldn't read i guess. It overdrew my account and all they could do was hand me their business cards and say i'm sorry.

I will never do business with them again and i want everyone to know dont bank with them especially n. Monroe branch in tallahassee florida. No i will have my power turned off tomorrow and no insurance thanks to them.
