Started Good, But Ended Bad

Got a credit card from them fairly easily, even though i did not have a huge income. After my balance was high for a few months, it was paid in full so that the current balance was $0. 00. The following day i was called by boa to say that they are closing my account due to a "recent credit evaluation". I tried to explain that i have just paid off all 6 of my credit cards and that it would not show on my credit report, but they would not hear any of it. I even asked if i could request it be closed rather than they close it (apparently this is better on your credit report) and they would not even let me do that. What is the deal boa? I pay off all my debt in hopes of improving my credit and you tell me i can't do business with you anymore? Then you try to make my credit report look even worse? Not acceptable!

think twice before going here

I recently moved to Florida and wanted to be sure my account addresses and information was up to date. There was a line out the door for customers. The manager informed me there was a two hour wait to see a representative. So much for customer service. As a premiere customer, you would think they would like to keep my business. I will be moving to another bank.

Rude customer service

After waiting in line 20 minutes, I was finally called over to the counter to make a deposit. The teller's name is Melissa and she was extremely rude. When I handed the deposit to her she pushed it back at me and told me to sort the money. I was confused and shocked! I said " isn't that your job?" She said no and proceeded to fold her arms and stare me down, waiting for me to sort the money. I refused so she said she couldn't help me and moved on to the next customer.

I am not one to complain and I typically try to avoid all confrontation. I have only had pleasant experiences at this bank in the past. I have never been told to sort out the money or had anyone ever flat out refuse to help me. As I understand it is not the banks policy to require customers to sort their own deposits. Maybe she was having a bad day but that is no way to treat people
