Such Poor Customer Service!

I filed a claim with boa because i had an unauthorized charge from a bookstore, so after calling the claims department to report it, i then called the bookstore directly and they reimbursed the money to my account. Two days later boa reimbursed the money to me also, so i was given back double the money, now being an honest person, i called to let them know of the error, and had to press 1 for english, then remain on the phone for over fifteen minutes pressing buttons and listening to an automated voice mail, i absolutely hate that, and for trying to do the right thing, i think this is completely unfair, you're customers want to speak with a human, not a computer!

Poor Service

Went in to the Thrashers Corner branch in Bothell and spoke with Jonathon. Was not happy about his attitude and follow through. He was to take care of canceling an account and then contacting me before the end of the business day. I waited no call so I assumed he would call me the following morning to confirm that he made the call to a department within the bank. Once again no call so I called him after 12:00pm and he had attitude with me, told me he has difficulty handling all the customers and that come into the banking center. (I guess this is why I didn't get a call from him). He did say he had made the cancellation call but didn't have a name of who he spoke with, no confirmation number and didn't request any documentation sent confirming our request. He said there was "probably" notes on the accounts. He dropped the ball.

Ridiculous fees. Not worth it

I had an account for a couple years now and I just decided to close my account. They told me that I could no longer have my online banking account because it was not offered also they told me that because I was 23 I did not qualify for student discount even though I guess people only go to college until the 23. What really made me want to close it was the ridiculous overdraft charges. A whole $100 in overdraft charges for a $27 transaction talk about ridiculous. Then when I called to speak to them about it the lady I spoke to was very rude and supervise it was also not helpful at all he just kept repeating the same thing saying that when you overdraft charge they charge you a fee like I know that! I'm not an idiot.
