I've used bank of america's app to make deposits for months. A week ago it stopped working. The chat person couldn't help. After being on hold for an hour the person couldn't help but did say a supervision would contact me. Boa sent me to an atm to make the deposit. Turned out the atm only dispenses cash and won't take deposits. I've called or emailed every day since then. Emails are ignored. I'm either on hold or cut off if i call. No supervisor has contacted me. I've had problems with boa in the past, but this sets the record. The executive summary is that bank of america's customer service is horrible. If you have any problem, consider yourself on your own. Boa does have some good prices on good products, but be sure that you have a second account so that when boa drops the ball you can still pay your bills.
Somebody went in there bank and tricked the teller into giving them money out of my account. I called the branch and spoke to layla lucky and she was no help she didn't care to help me at all. I have recorded conversations to prove it email email@example.com if you need more info.
My father just passed and had a account there and the branch of inverness fl was the worst bank to deal with.staff was very rude and been charging my father past 6 years $ 67. for his safety deposit box and manager says he was NOT supposed to be charged and would not refund his money. And on top of that they charged to close his account.... will never use this bank or recommend it.....
