“They truley treat you like family”
I have nothing but good experences at this bank on Tech Ridge. The Branch Manager Sara is a very awesome and care person. Without them I would be dead, no joke.

“Hit and miss”
I have been to 5 different branches of Capitol One in my area. The ones at Trinity Mills/Toll Rd, Lewisville, and MacArthur are great. Exceptional customer service. The others at Old Denton and the one on Frankfort have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unfortunately the later 2 are the closest to our home. So we are once again bank shopping. To bad these 2 branches are the cause for Capitol One losing my accounts. I wish Wachovia was still around.

“This bank is absolutely Hideous !!! Beware !”
This bank sent out an August promotional letter in which they offered to credit my account $ 200 upon my opening a new business account and using a debit card. Upon my meeting the requirements, they have come up with numerous excuses not to fulfill their part. The agent made me jump through hoops to PROVE that I had met the requirement, faxing her documents, threatening to close the case if I didn't do it " immediately ", then claiming that she read the " fine print", and they didn't yet have to fulfill the obligation for several more weeks. Several more weeks have gone by, and they STILL have not credited my account. They are in total default at this point.
To top it off, they deducted someone else's withdrawal from my account and have
yet to correct that either, although they are FULLY aware of it. I've called 4 times about that also. They say they are correcting, but then I see no correction on
my statement and I call yet again. Each time I call, a new agent answers and promises to correct, then doesn't. They refuse to give you their last name or any
phone number to contact them. It's very odd...they were able to correct a mistake that was advantageous to them, but not to correct their mistake that was disadvantageous to me.
In all my years of dealing with Chevy Chase Bank (over 30), I never had a situation in which I was ignored, dismissed, and arrogantly treated with mistakes (theirs) left uncorrected and fraudulent behavior regarding promotional advertising. They aren't worried because they are so well insulated from any appropriate action against them....Beware...If this is the future of banking, this is scary, folks.
