I have 2 external transfers automatic twice a month. I am closing that checking account, so i need to cancel those transfers. I go onto their website, and they are not listed. I called the customer service number and after 3 transfers and on hold, i finally hung up. They wasted an hour of my time for nothing! They tried to tell me it's not auto and it was last done in october. I was looking at the current statement and it clearly shows them depositing my money! I got frustrated and hung up, i don't have time for this! I'm moving my money!
I open my account when I moved to Texarkana. Later I moved to Nash, Tx and I used the bank there. They are most helpful with any matter I've taken to them. They are friendly and courteous and I believe they are most oriented towards customer service. My only problem is that there is not a branch near where I live now, in Wichita Falls, TX or close to my Mother's house in Oklahoma City. I still have my account with Capital One and will continue to business with them.
I charge over 3K a month on my credit card... ASK me how many times they deny a charge at the same places I shop on a weekly basis!
And their customer service department doesn't understand why I am upset.
Far better choices to choose from then Capital One
