Capital one online bank is the worst among many online banks i ever dealt with. And i like to do banking online. They are among the worst in technology they implemented; among the worst in training their call center reps and definitely among the worst in number of errors and issues with their service. Their bill pay service was as bad as it gets with missing payments, using/assigning wrong accounts to source payments and so on. The bank had no idea of what going on at the bill pay service which leads me to believe that they outsourced that service to some unknown third party. My frustration rose to the level of wishing to immediately close all my accounts with them number of times over the last six month i started to use the bank.
This was my branch. It was open as normal week ago. Today nov 15 it is closed. Atm gone, front doors chained and padlocked, no capital one signs to be seen. What has happened to warrant this closure?
I have the worst experience ever dealing with capital one. It's worst than dealing with a crooked used car lot. They lure you in with a great offer then pull a bait and switch. After you have signed and agreed to the terms and rates they change everything hoping that you will go for it. They promise you the world, but will not keep a single one. Amanda at the dennim springs office is the worst.
