Capitol one provided both i and my husband incorrect information. In addition every time i have called for technical help ( i do online banking), technical help has been rude and condescending. In addition, customer agents 8 out of 10 times have been rude.
I'm closing my capital one bank account since oct 8, but it didn't got closed till now with a 0 balance, i got a new bank fee and because of that a overdraft charge, no one to whom to speak, no bank manager available, always away for lunch, vacation, holiday etc, no one to help me on the phone too.
This was my branch. It was open as normal week ago. Today nov 15 it is closed. Atm gone, front doors chained and padlocked, no capital one signs to be seen. What has happened to warrant this closure?
