It Is The Worst Bank I Have Ever Done Business With. Chase Bank Makes It Impossible To Operate A Business.

I have never given them a deposit that was not good, yet they hold every deposit for long periods unless i make a fuss. I just had a payment to ford declined - with 10 times the amount of the payment in my account? I was told it was an abnormal transaction. Is is abnormal to make a car payment on a company vehicle via your company bank account. How does this look to ford credit? I spend way too much time on the phone trying to resolve issues.

Chase bank is the worst bank i have ever done business with. I also had them hold a check from a very wealthy customer of mine. They said they were unable to verify the fund. Ok i get it. So i had my customer contact his contact at his bank to contact chase to validate that the check would clear - the funds had been debited by chase 2 days prior to us being told they were putting an extended hold on the check. You tell me? Chase debited the money out of my customers account but could not verify that the check would clear. Really!

Horrible Customer Service

My daughter had her debit card stolen, over $200 was charged to her card fraudulently. When she called Chase to report it, they refunded the money that was charged, but refused to refund the overdraft charges she got on items that were set to be paid out on her card before it was stolen. She was told that they could not reverse the overdraft charges because they were not part of the theft. She had enough money in her account to pay said bills before her card was stolen, so the charges should have been reversed as bank error.

Very Disappointed

I have a car finance through your company and i came in today to make a payment. I was third in line,once it was my turn i made my payment and then asked for three rolls of quarters. The clerk asked me to step aside so they could help the people behind me. I patiently waited for them to help the three people behind me but then the clerks proceeded to help the drive through and i was left waiting for fifteen minutes. Since it was such a hassle i decided to forget the quarters. I wanted to inform you that i am not happy with the service i received today.
