They bought my mortgage, but wouldnt pay my insurance with the money that was escrowed. For 3 months they kept saying they would pay it. I finally had to file a complaint with the new federal agency that obama just started after my insurance was cancelled!!!! Now i signed up for paperless billing. For 4 months no email with bill. Customer service s o lazy they wont actually check to see what is wrong, instead just keep telling me it takes time. Really 4 months for a computer to read an email!!!! If thats true i asked, "then where is my mailed bill? "
of course i had to go into the bank and see a supervisor. The person that set up the account typed my email wrong!!! Btw the best part is my email is my name!!!! , they mispelled my name!!! Today i went to pay my mortgage, cause now on month 6 still no paperless or paper billing and the window rep forgot to give me back my drivers lisence. No problem though to go back and get it, cause i have 2 babies and reloading them back in the car is no big deal!!! Idiots only need apply at chase.
I have been a loyal chase customer for 10 years and have requested a lowering of my interest rate -- which is currently at 29%. I make my payments on time and am RARELY late.. if I am late, then I pay a late FEE, which is never reversed. Point is, I have good credit and have been a paying customer for years. And this is the thanks I get? Chase, you get 1 big fat star for your loyalty ;0)
The Kings Plaza branch let someone with no idea withdraw a total of $5000 from my account twice in a day with no red flag. Then the same person went to a branch in Bed-Stuy in the same day to withdraw another $3,200 - all in the same day with again no suspicion. Chase will not reimburse me the money because it was a debit card. It's 2014 where people are duplicating debit cards and using the same pins. This has happened to too many people. Stay away from Chase.
