Worst customer service i ever experienced. I acidentally overpaid 3,000 on my account and i have been calling them for a week and no one will even tell me when they will ship the check back to me and i have been begging them to please expedite because i need to pay my mortgage and they are not being helpful!
They don't listen. They take money out of the wrong accounts. They don't know how to properly identify five dollar bills. Took forty dollars out of my deposit claiming they were fake. Teller couldn't see well enough to identify bills.
I travelled out of the State, so I was 3 days late paying my credit card. They charged a late fees on my account. Since it was my first time paying late, I called customer service and hope they would waive the late fee. My request is denied. When I asked for a reason, the representative told me that they only excuse customers who pay late for first time. I then asked why my late fee was not being waived since it was my first time making a payment late. She idle for a while and vaguely replied "it could be maybe you are not using the card as often, so you cannot be excused!" She even declined my request to speak to a supevisor. Horrible experience!!!! I am closing this card after the payment went through. I will never ever do business with COMMERCE BANK again!
