Where to start? I always use the blue hills branch, because that is where my employer banks. I have actually sat in the drive-up alone for 22 minutes while being ignored. As of today, i have four days worth of checks and deposits sitting in my account, "pending" - that no one can take the time to key into the system. The tellers are the ultimate in rude - they don't even speak when you send a deposit through the drive-up - not a hello, a thank you - nothing. I also have a savings account, from which they are supposed to draw in the event i overdraw my checking account. Can't do that aright either. I'm changing banks asap!!!!!!!
I went there with my 89 YO mother to get her finances in order. There were 4 people in line and only 2 CS reps. We waited 45 mins to get waited on. The CS service reps were rude and didn't care if they ever waited on you. Once we finally got "waited on" the woman ignored us and I thought she fell asleep while looking at her computer without once saying anything. Just really bad service. Avoid this at all cost!!
I have been a customer of CommerceBank for 8 years. Recently, they started putting holds in my credit card payments every month, for no obvious reason. I found myself in the absurd position to be out of money when I do make payments on time (and far more than the minimum required).
When I asked them about that, they had the nerve to tell me that it was all electronic and that they could do nothing about it.
I am looking forward to get another credit card so as not to depend on this Kremlin-like bank.
