Where to start? I always use the blue hills branch, because that is where my employer banks. I have actually sat in the drive-up alone for 22 minutes while being ignored. As of today, i have four days worth of checks and deposits sitting in my account, "pending" - that no one can take the time to key into the system. The tellers are the ultimate in rude - they don't even speak when you send a deposit through the drive-up - not a hello, a thank you - nothing. I also have a savings account, from which they are supposed to draw in the event i overdraw my checking account. Can't do that aright either. I'm changing banks asap!!!!!!!
All branchs have the same 1-800 number and to get to your branch you have to enter SS# and go through 5 sets of push 1 thru 4 to get where you are trying to get, Then wait 13 min to get an 1-800 operator to put you in contact with your bank. this is NUTS, no where on the internet do they publish local branch phone number only address. I am closing my accounts today
