The Worst I Have Ever Encountered!

Our account has been compromised. We have not receive help from this bank at all. After they cancelled our debit cards, more transactions were deducted. Enough is enough. I'm tired of being fed lies and crap to shut me up. The wellington, oh branch manager is new and has no clue what he is doing. This has been going on now for 2 weeks.

Late payments caused by holding payment checks

I mailed a pmt on 3/19/2015 along w/ 3 other pmts. The 3 pmts cleared on 3/23/2015. The 1st merit pmt did not process till 3/24/2015 causing a late charge.

the customer service person was no help insisting that they do not hold checks forcing a late charge to the account. This practice was supposed to be outlawed years ago by the feds. Apparently 1st merit did not get the memo.

manager will work with you

I was a Citizen's Bank customer for over 20 years. I was devastated when i learned that the bank had been sold and that my favorite Banker of all time, Frank was retiring. I didn't know what to do. I was surprised when i went to meet the new manager that he was very understanding and told me that the level of service I was accustomed to would not change. Conclusion: give this new bank a chance and meet the manager, he will work with you.
