The Worst I Have Ever Encountered!

Our account has been compromised. We have not receive help from this bank at all. After they cancelled our debit cards, more transactions were deducted. Enough is enough. I'm tired of being fed lies and crap to shut me up. The wellington, oh branch manager is new and has no clue what he is doing. This has been going on now for 2 weeks.

Worst Bank I Have Ever Dealt With In 40 Years!

Had accounts open at citizens bank. They had offered accounts to be set up to have money in my account to be automatically withdrawn once a year to take out for my safety deposit box which i had at that building for years. With no fees!! When first merit took over they deemed it inactive over 3 months and took ever penny out.

Also had a checking account used strictly for our cottage repairs and again they deemed it inactive and took all of it out due to fees. Infuriated i went to close my safety deposit box and they charged me $50. 00 for only having one key. What happened to saving for a rainy day or keeping a little set aside for a nest egg. Really 3 months inactive accounts? How many elderly people are they taking advantage of?

Is this not the industry in which we the tax payers bailed out a few years back. Nice way to repay us by robbing your customers blind with fees. To me this is just as much of a crime as hacking!!! I highly recommend credit unions which i have had no bad experiences. Customer beware of first merit policies!! I would rate it a zero if it allowed.
