I cancelled the Visa card on the day I activated the card.
The website is terrible and it will ask your full SSN just to create username for online access. They have no business asking for your full SSN to create a username and setup a password. Don't do it, think hard and think twice. Their website is ugly and poorly designed. I've wasted 30+ minute trying to just to do a simple task like creating username and password. But it doesn't matter however you do it, you'll end up getting an error and call customer service.
The customer reps were beyond rude and incompetent. Tech support didn't know anything but resetting password. They are at lease 20 years in technology. Don't do it if you are tech savvy busy professional. They will just waste your time and make you frustrated.
Too bad the excellent airline like ANA partners with the worse credit card issuer like First National Bank. I wanted to earn miles for ANA airlines but it's not worth dealing and risking with First National Bank.

Low introductory credit rates, pay on time, never late, your reward, 30% interest rate without warning or negotiation, just like that. worst customer service I have ever encountered. Just a big headache. Do not deal with these people.
