Friendly, hassle free banking with REAL people that answer when you call :)

Ok guys listen up. This bank is the shizz. No fees no minimum balance no limit on transfers (Internet from savings to checking) or if there is its def MUCH higher then most. Let's see suckers (dum-dums) in the lobby more and more popping up all over Colorado. If you call with a dispute they are very agreeable and cooperative on reversing the transaction.... Pretty speedy about allotting you're deposits if checks (and obviously cash)...(some banks hold those checks and do not make the balance available FOR DAYS).

This bank is local (Colorado, California, and Arizona) and as such really treats you like a smaller company usually does: like you matter. My only wahh about the whole thing is that I go to college in Washington and was devastated to learn that there were no Firstbanks here. It seems like there should be since there are Firstbanks in California. Firstbank, come on down to Washington you guys would THRIVE here and put this Chase and Bank of America fatcats to shame. Seriously DO IT! Oh yea and uh when you do set up shop in Seattle go ahead and feel free to hire me on! Thanks Firstbank I LOVE YOU!

Great!

Firstbank is a very strong bank. They are up with the times and offer more services than others. 24hr customer service(with a real person)! They call when there's a problem or you will be overdrawn, and you can set up account alerts so you don't overdraw. The people they hire are first rate and always professional! Great place. Oh yeah! They own the 1stbank center, so you get 24hour prior ticketing for any show you like! Great for a sold out type of show!

They are slow to post deposits, then charge $90-$180 in overdraft fees on money waiting to be posted.

I am fed up with them and am going to the trouble of changing banks. I have no debit card, no ATM card - it is a dark ages checking account.
