“Opend an account in December 2010. Tried to open second account in May 2011. Horrible experience.”
I opened an account in December, 2010 with no problem. I tried to open a second account in May, 2011. Experience was horrible. On-line new account system would not open account even though I am an existing customer. Chat session was not help at all. System asked how long I have lived at current address. No choices in drop down matched. Opened an account with another bank same day no problem. Flagstar lost my existing account as well as the one I was trying to open. Guess they don't care. Seems funny for an on-line bank to have so many glitches in their system.
