Worst Bank in The World. Scammed Me Out of Money.

Years ago I used their ATM machine, using a card from another bank. The guy in front of me was very angry. He was elderly so I figured he didn't understand technology. I use the machine, and everything seems alright. However, when it said it was dispensing cash nothing came out. I went in and reported it. They said they had to review it. I kept calling and calling for months and they said they were still investigating. I finally gave up and got screwed out of $80.

I boycotted them for years. Then I get an offer in the mail from them for a free $100. Cool, I figured I would join that and it would make up for the $80 they stole from me. I entered the promotional code online and it said redeemed. I went into the bank and they told me that offer is expired. I asked how is this possible since the expiration date hasn't been reached. They said they canceled the offer. I told them it's false advertising, and nowhere did it say they could cancel the promotion early.

Their employees are the rudest people on earth. If you bank with Huntington your a total sucker.

My money mysteriously disappearing....

I get direct deposit every other Friday. I also get a paper check which I deposited the following Saturday. Monday, I checked my account balance online and was wondering why my balance was so low when I should have more available. I subtracted each transaction from the deposit 3 days prior, and should have over $129 more to my balance(not including the check I deposited on Saturday). I then called customer service and the rep told me that the computer sometimes "plays" with the numbers. I was thrown!!I How can the computer play with the transaction amounts and balance? I asked the rep. He said he did not know, and kept repeating the same thing over and over about the computer playing with your account balance. He then told me I should get my true account balance by the end of the business day. If I cannot trust a bank to hold the correct amount of money I have, then what the h**** is the purpose of banking here???

Now I'm suing them

its a tough one but I've definitely got some dirt on them now! lorain county court of common pleas. case no. 13cv181571. I'm about to start a class action and could use all the people they've hurt pertaining to overdraft fees, inaccurate account balances and defective checks. my info is on the docket. please send me a letter and i'll respond by mail or phone if you provide.
