“Good customer service; excellent interest rates on Checking account”
I have been a customer of Incredible Bank for a few years and have been very happy with them. They have excellent customer servies and very high rates on their checking account. Fits my needs entirely

“The only thing incredible about this place are the fees.”
You know how most banks will reverse a fee as a one-time courtesy if you make a mistake and let your account balance get too low? Not this place. I did my banking here for over a year before I got sick of not being able to reach anyone regarding my account. Find a local credit union or competent online bank (or hell, stick it under the mattress) before putting your money here.
