“this has to be the worst bank in the midwest, customer service and fees are terrible”

this has to be the worst bank in the midwest, customer service is terrible and the fees are not even competetive

“Terrible”

I closed a checking account in 2009.

In 2012 I receive a notice that the credit bureaus are being notified of my failure to pay on an outstanding balance. 3 hours on the phone to find out that the account was never actually closed, and has been gathering overdraft and service fees since 2009.
