Opened an checkling account with a large amount of money, the opening was fine. Lost my debit card and was treated like i was lying. They would not refund the costs told me i had to file a police report... What? Ok no big deal it was just about $45. 00. So they order me a new card saying it can take 10 business days. I waited 2 weeks, no card. Called and was told "weird". So they ordered another. Now in the world of electronic banking i have now not had access to my money for over 2 weeks and i had already been treated like a liar. Long story short it took over 2 months to get a new card and then while i am on vacation trying to enjoy using my money a mistake on their end tied another of their customers to my account, and that customer stole all my money within 3 days, multiple atm withdrawals, shopping sprees. And here i am in california with no money because of their mistakes, i can't pay for anything! I freaked out called them and they said they would take care of it, of course this other bank client didn't have that kind of money in their account and spent all of mine but the bank manager argued with me over what i told them were not my transactions. So basically , this other client got to spend free money and they are not changing him with any criminal activity because "it was their mistake" but me, i was made to suffer horribly during my 1st vacation in 18 years and they are fighting with me over $500. 00 that i said is not my transactions.... The manager actually said to me " i have to eat all these other charges you want me to eat these too. " i think they should eat a hell of a lot more than that, but they should stop making the innocent party pay for their mistakes! Stay away from this bank!!!!
