“Nanette Turner made my life a living hell”

I opened my business account with them In October. I run a auditing company and do about $4000 a week in sales. I had 4 returned checks that they deemed suspicious and closed my account out and held $14,000.00 I just spent $10,000 on advertising and another $7500 on leads. Nanette Turner told me the check was mailed and after 2 weeks of not receiving it they are making up more excuses.. Point blank Nanette Turner and One United destroyed my business Black businesses destroying Black Businesses.

“No Online Support!”

Run, do not walk away from this bank. I have had a cd gold account for more than five years. I opened it because of the high interest rate; which is now very very low. On friday, i had an emergency and needed to transfer money from this account to my local bank. Their online banking system would not let me log in. I called the support line and i received a recording that the office was closed. There was no message on the recording to tell me when they would be open. I searched the website and yet still found no information on when the support office would be open. I left three messages. It is now four days later and i still have not received a call back from the messages i left after their recording stated someone would call me asap. I called again today at 4:00 p. M. California time and received the same message that the support office is not open. There is absolutely no way to get any help after their actual banks close. I can not believe that a bank does not have 24-hour support for their online banking feature. If i ever do get into my account, i am closing it immediately. I had to borrow money on friday from a friend to handle the emergency and still can not access my account. Again, run, do not walk away from this crappy bank.
