Extremely poor customer service. Doesn't even know how to greet a customer with a "hello". Teller sat at a far desk, looked up and said with a frown and cold voice, "YES?"
Same teller made an error and refused to allow me access to my safe deposit. Wrongly claimed that I had owed for the previous year. Despite very high account balances and a long history with the bank, she held my safe deposit hostage until I paid $50. The manager was not around and the supervisor agreed with her with the same cold indifference. .
The next day, the manager apologized and returned the $50 to me.
There have ben other incidents of rude service in the past. Thankfully I am no longer with that bank.
they are old school. very kind and personable each and every time. i bank with them daily with my work. they are located in la verne,ca.
They've mishandled 3 of my HAMP applications in 10 months. THEN IT TOOK THEM "LESS THAN 5 MINUTES" TO "REINSTATE" ME FOR $7500 AFTER THEY SUED ME FOR FORECLOSURE WHEN I OWED THEM $3500!!!!!
