Horrible. I Knew Something Was Wrong When They Hand Delivered An Estimate For My Heloc Which Showed A Trillion %

After 9 years of no payments late they cut off my heloc for being two weeks late. They refused to negotiate this matter.

This bank has given me nothing but the best customer service. They have met and exceeded my expectations and have been helpful in ways that I didn't even know I needed.

No more coin counters

My children save their coins and this past December 2014 they had collected $79.00 in coins. I went to the HIP location in Norridge IL to deposit it in December 2014 and was told PNC no longer have coin counters and it would take 3-4 weeks for deposit to hit our account (I only received a handwritten note from the teller on a PNC paper stating it was subject to count STC.) On April 28, 2015 I told teller at the HIP branch what the dollar amount was and keep checking for this dollar amount each month with my statement and upon seeing it never was deposited I went to the branch I deposited with. I was told by the teller there was a deposit of $44.97. I told her the deposit was for $79.00 & she said it would cost me $25.00 hour to investigate. I called the PNC main number and was told it would take $25.00 for investigation and because it was over there 90 day limit they could not help me and I was out my additional money. They did not care that I and my family have been with PNC (or better to say all the other banks they acquired) for well over 40 years, I was just out my children's additional money. I do not recommend this bank, I am switching to another bank just based on all the years they made money from my family's moneys and they felt this issue was beneath them.
