This bank has been trying to destroy our business account since day one.
They charge twice for one over draft, they make online banking set up and management impossible.
They have the worst customer service I've ever seen!
When you try to call in to speak to a person you need a third pin that is different from the rest.
They've cost us 100's in fees due to their shady practices and not showing transactions on the account until weeks later.
This is a quote from my 18 yr old grandson who doesn't know much about banking as yet. He went in to cash a check that i had written to him. He was nervous because he had never done that before. I just got a text from him saying "those people at pnc are so nice! " he is working with another bank to open an account. I think because they are not as "nice" he will be changing it over to pnc. Thanks for being so kind to a young person who may turn out to be a great customer in the future. Karen b.
I remember the days when i first started banking when my bank would call me to let me know that i needed to make a deposit to cover a transaction pending. Now the system seems to be set up to maximize the amount of fees against the customer. If you make a mistake, oh well, thanks for the fees. Going to move to a credit union. We have been trying one out and they are more friendly and don't seem to be out to suck away your money. I have watched over the last 2 years pnc make multiple changes to the electronic processing and it just seems to get worse and worse. Sorry pnc, you have lost another 5 customers due to your poor practices.
