About Pinnacle Bank (10634)

Our story began in 1938, when George Dinsdale— a farmer and feedlot owner in Nebraska—saw that his community needed financial help to make it through the Great Depression. He opened a bank and served his community the way he and his neighbors lived: with a typical, down-to-earth, person-to-person approach.

Very Poor and Uninviting

I am a 25 year old who is looking to finish paying off debt and purchase a first-time home. I have some questions, and don't know where to start or what is out there. So I called this branch and said exactly that, then asked if I could set up an appointment to discuss my options. Their first response (not kidding) was "What is your collateral."

I realize that this is an eventual question regarding loans, but I do not want to get a major loan from a bank that doesn't want to know me first. Very unfriendly on the phone, and I will not go back.
