Customer service (once you could get someone on the phone) was absolutely absurd. Regions overdrafted me with monthly fees then claimed that a transaction (which i executed in person at a branch) did not happen, therefore they closed my account due to the overdraft and inactivity. I ended up having to cover the overdraft once again to stop collections and they told me "this is not burger king. " never ever again, steer clear from this horrible excuse of a bank!!!!!
Not enough money, they charge for that!
I recently found out that regions bank has been charging a monthly service on my elderly parents account and they have had deposit deposit on their accounts for years. Take better care of our senior citizens.
