My husband and I keep track of our spending/accounts through Regions new "mobile banking" and online banking. I have never seen so many errors in my life! The first problem was when I checked the account it said that we were over drawn 240 dollars, in disbelief I refreshed the page and no change! After some investigation I find that they charged us twice for every transaction made since we deposited a check. I log out and log back in to find that it says that we are 17 dollars overdrawn.
Strangely Regions changed the dates that transactions were delayed and withdrawn on a later date.. specifically 4 days later than when it was made. leaving us with 4 days of thinking we had more money than we did.
I always pay attention to pending transactions and it said that they had gone through..
There are 5 over drafted transactions costing 36.00 for each one. Even though they are under $5 each.

We had a $175 fraudulent charge on our checking account. First we had to wait for it to clear to dispute it. That took 2 days. Then we had to dispute it by paper, in a branch. In this digital age there has got to be a better way. Then, they charged me $144 in overdraft fees which would have never been needed if this fraudulent charge hadn't appeared. Now we have to wait 10 business days, with thanksgiving 3 days away, to possibly see the charges lifted and also the overdraft fees lifted. They lifted the overdraft fees once, then put them back on. We are out $319 through no fault of our own, and the customer service department will not go out of their way to help a good customer. They will only go by their script on the phone, they won't help me anymore than this, very unhelpful 3 days before thanksgiving. I will be forced to shop for a new bank with better fraud protection, better customer service, and a bank who will do more for their customers especially if this hasn't happened in the past. I have called 3 times, 3 separate days asking for help. the second call I asked for a manager and was hung up on and they did not call me back even though I have my phone number on my account. The 3rd call resulted in the save old script. It can take up to 10 days to investigate.
Don't use this bank unless you are a young person without manners and rude, unprofessional behavior doesn't bother you.
I have never seen such rude, inappropriate behavior demonstrated by individuals working in a bank.
I just opened an account with this bank a few months ago, and had been dealing with one young woman who was friendly and polite, but today I met 3 other staff, all of whom were very inept, casual in their behavior, disinterested in helping customers and quite rude and unprofessional.
A young woman waited on me who did not know how to refill a pre-paid VISA card. She never once apologized for the wait or not knowing. The other teller did not do much to assist her or me, and she did not make an apology either.
Finally after about 15-20 minutes of my standing there waiting, the other teller said I could have re-filled it online to save myself the refill fee. The re-fill was in process at that point so I just asked to finish it.
Both of these young girls as well as a young man, presumably the branch manager were all chewing gum with their mouths open and had very casual, disrespectful behavior, very unbecoming of individuals working in a bank.
I needed a document notarized, so asked if someone could do that. One of the girls said this guy could probably help and she directed me to have a seat. He had just come in from outside and was on a phone call. When he was done he came out and I followed him in his office.
He did not greet me, did not introduce himself, did not ask what I needed, did not invite me to have a seat. I realized the young guy had probably no idea of mannerly conduct, so after waiting a moment for an invitation and not receiving one, I just seated myself.
He came across as quite arrogant and looked to me to be not much older than about 16 years of age, though presumably he had a college degree. He proceeded to treat me in a very rude and condescending way.
