Excellent experience evaluating refinance

I recently did a competitive analysis between my current lender and Rhinebeck Saving Bank for a mortgage refinance. I spoke with David J Ellicott on 3 occasions. He was very responsive and easy to work with. He explained what his bank could offer for a refinance and offered unbiased opinions about the refinance process. He was willing to go into exact detail on all the charges which allowed me to make an informed decision regarding my refinance.

Thanks David!
