“Very good bank! (checking, at least)”
i've been a sovereign checking customer for 7 years and have always had great service from them. Only problem is that they don't have many ATMs outside of the Northeast.

“Lost deposits, terrible customer service, hidden fees”
I don't even know where to start with this bank. This bank has lost my deposits I've made to their atm machine. They've taken weeks to retrieve my money. Let's see...they have terrible, rude, ignorant and incompetent customer service representatives, who are rarely willing to help you solve the problem. They are also lacking in technology in a number of ways; you still have to use envelopes and deposit slips make deposits! 2. There online banking is always down which makes it terribly difficult to track your account 3. They have no app to track your banking from your tablet or mobile device! 4. They charged me for checks I never ordered ($45).
Also, to top all of that, they are never willing to waive overdraft fees even if is the first time you have received one!
I want to switch banks but at the moment, I am not sure which one to switch to! They are all terrible if you ask me. They don't care about their customers and only want your money!
