Card Security Nazis

I am constantly get denied transactions when trying to use my debit/credit card. When I call to let them know it's me ( a big inconvenience already!) They're only open during business hours during the work week!!! Today I just had them deny a transaction which has been reoccurring monthly for the last 8 months! How stupid can their card services "security" department be? I'm switching banks today.

Rude tellers and understaffed

While this branch is convenient the tellers are slow and rude. On a busy afternoon at 4:30 this week, only one teller was working both the inside and drive through simultaneously. A second teller sat with her window closed doing God knows what. Shouldn't a line of customers inside and out compel the second teller to open her window to serve customers? When you walk in they seem annoyed. At 5 minutes to 5:00 the teller jumped up to go and lock the door just as a customer was entering. She said we are closed but reluctantly let him in and rudely told him she was doing him a favor! It's as if they work for the government instead of a business! I was there to wire money and the only person who can do that was hard selling a HELOC to a lady while others waited without recognition for help! I have to assume he gets a comission.

Poor Service!

This is strike 2 for this branch! The first strike happened a few months ago. I went through the drive thru and deposited $500.00 in cash. The teller gave me a receipt that showed a $5.00 deposit. Thank God I checked the receipt immediately so correcting this was not a major hassle. This time, I asked the teller to please reorder checks for me and put my current address on the checks. The teller reordered the old checks with the old address where they were sent.{ 100 miles away} I have been working all afternoon to try and resolve this issue. The branch manager has been busy and has not returned my calls. It's almost 5:30 on Friday afternoon now. My account may have been compromised since someone else has my checks and now I have to wait until Monday to get this resolved!
