The central office is in canada and has no interest in processing any application which they didn't send you to begin with. They claim they didn't receive loan or credit card applications twice. The second time the local bank officer made the inquiry. They ignored her also and again claimed that they didn't receive any applications. There are lots of fees and service charges for services that used to be for free.
