“Wonderful People, Great Customer Service!”
I have never been to an ANBofTx branch where the people were unfriendly. This bank has a small town, friendly atmosphere. They cater to your needs and work with you. The most important thing to me is the friendliness of the employees and this bank has them, in every location! I took a friend in to the bank with me one day and she commented to me that ANBofTX was the friendliest bank she had ever been to. The only con to this bank is the lack of locations. There are only three branches in a 10 mile radius around my home. I do wish they would open a few more branches around this area and possibly other areas would be nice too. I would definitely suggest that you try this bank out...it is worth the drive to a branch to get this kind of customer service!

“Bad for Business!”
I have banked with ANBTX for 7+ years. I have had two business accounts with them and with my latest business they want to put 14 DAY hold on all checks! Making it impossible to run a business. I can't get my officer manager(s)(cause I have had to change 3 times) to call back or answer their phone. I had to call Ken Lane the regional manager for Amy Berry, Nanette McCoy or anyone else to call me back or for something to be done on my account. I have not received that "small town expierence" from them. Nor do they try to work with you.... In Amy Berry's words she said "she was tired of doing favors for me and I should just close my account"!!!! Don't do business here!!!!!!

“Stay away from this bank!!! Money hungry sharks!!!”
I will say they are friendly, but when charging you fees and playing with your money and holding checks for days upon end, who wouldn't be friendly. I was charged $1200 in fees in less than a 30 day period from an error they didn't want to seem to help fix. They would rather take your money in fees that loan you money and make money from the interest. Worst I have ever dealt with.
