They have the worst customer service! The older lady with the gray hair is the nicest one. Everyone else is just there to get paid. They don't seem to like their jobs or want to do any work, especially the girl in her early 20's and the heavier woman, who seems she is supposed to be managing the place. They need to learn a thing or 2 about customer service. BEWARE!
Went into the branch to attempt to transfer money from an online bank account, which had been locked due to giving the password incorrectly once before. Even though I fixed the issue and had the originating bank unlock the account, the branch manager told me it was their policy not to allow a second attempt and I could not access my money. Made for a lot of hardship. Makes me wonder what good is a physical branch when they are that unwilling to solve problems? I told the manager I felt like closing my account, and she said "go ahead."
My husband and I moved to this area from northern Illinois.. We used the US banks there and loved the courtesy and convenience they provided for the general public as well as customers.. This bank, to our surprise, has no public restrooms! We travel a distance to get there and what an inconvenience to have to search for a restroom to use because the bank does not provide one.. NOT a good feeling. The building is very nice, clean, and the staff we dealt with was very helpful and courteous.. Some transactions were limited because it is a branch office. Our complaint is NO public restroom... I think a restroom for customers is a must in a place of business..Such a nice building and it isn't welcoming at all because of this lack of service.
