This is by far the worst experience i have ever had with a financial institution. Customer service is non-existent, the fees are astronomical, and of course they do not care about you if your balance is not a certain amount. This bank is a joke, but what goes around comes around so i will just leave this bank and continue w/ navy federal credit union it doesn't matter how much you have in your account they treat everyone the same, i love them! You may not care about people now wells fargo because you feel like you have money and we are just little people so who cares but you never who you may need in the future. Of course i know no one will read this and nothing will change but it feels good to vent and try to prevent someone else from being a victim of the evil heartless greedy savages whose god is the almighty dollar. They should have a "0" or a negative on the ratings sadddddd
Tried to get a payroll check cashed at the drive up teller. My husband and I bank somewhere else but the check was cut from the employer's Wells Fargo account, any other bank would cash it right? Not this one, they want you to come inside and inconvenience yourself while you are in a hurry and talk to a banker about setting up an account. If I have told you that I simply want to cash the check and that I am already happy with where I have been banking for ten years- leave me alone and cash the check. Perhaps it is policies like this that inconvenience the customers that are keeping people from banking with you in the first place. If you are so hard up for accounts that you have to force feed your pitch you may want to re evaluate.
Unfortunately my bank was taken over by WF since then banking has been a painful experience. Everything is outsource to somewhere else and you have to try to get through the maze of 800 numbers and talking to voice recordings. Strange banking errors like canceling transactions that I did and me having to call why- no explanations or apologizes to customers. Addition errors at the local branch with deposits... Horrid!
