Both of the Wells Fargo branches that I use in Sparks, NV treat me very well. They always show me courtesy, are prompt and go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They deduct their fees from the amount of times I use my debit card. I know that banks now charge a fee if you don't have direct deposit, which I am unable to convince the company I work for to do. That is very refreshing compared to the account I had at Chase, in which I felt they where treating me like I was from a third world country.
I very much appreciate the customer friendly attitude at my local Wells Fargo branch. The banking staff from management on down communicates a commitment to customer service and to problem solving when questions arise. I also appreciate the commitment to diversity exemplified by the employees who work at this branch. I find it a pleasure to bank there.
terrible customer service from wells fargo at 6150 Bollinger Rd, San Jose, CA 95129. this small branch is inside of safe way. The service here is horrible. personal banker and the manager (all Chinease) seem like they will get commission from opening new accounts. I just wanna open only one account, but end up opening so many..........without letting me know the detail, I found out when I went to ATM. they force you give them all 5 stars when the survey comes, and even threaten you that if you didnt give all 5 stars, they say they know your name and home address...... How wells fargo hired this kinda people being as their personal banker, I will never go back with wells fargo
