Wells Fargo is the WORST bank I have ever been with. They are rude, have taken money from my account when they shouldn't have, and closed my card because I didn't use it in over a month. I have direct deposit, so all my money is in my account, but I can't use it. Now my bills will be late. They have horrible customer service, and are very rude. Do not bank with them!
Long lines whether at drive thru or at the counter. No one is ever in a hurry. No such thing as multi tasking. Most employees are women on the order of 98%. You can count on PMS effecting your banking transaction.
Complaining to managers about employees does absolutely no good, at least in northern Lake County Florida. Branch manager at the Tavares 441 branch is a complete moron and totally incompetent. He needs to go. But my big complaint is with the tellers and one banker who condescendingly called me darling. And after I told her not to call me darling she called me sweatheart. This after a terrible interaction with her at the teller window where she had no business being, since she was not a teller.
Eustis office is just as bad. And the Mount Dora branch will lose your checks eventually and tell you that its your fault not theres.
Stay away and read all the bad reviews that are easily found all over the internet.
I am a 74 year old senior citizen, and needed one document notarized at Wells Fargo 3434 Tidwell in Houston, Texas. I arrived there at approximately 1:15 pm, signed in and was told to have a seat. I am partially unable to see in one of my eyes, and have other medical conditions. They had me waiting from 1:15 pm to approximately 2:20pm. Many customers came in and signed in after I did, but they disregarded me and called them. I went and complained on the length of time I was waiting. It was at that time, they called me in and signed the document that needed notarized. It only took three minutes to sign my document, but they had me waiting over an hour. This particular Wells Fargo has had bad customer service for a long time. I believe they really don't care about the community/customers at all. This is only a reflection on management at this particular branch. When it come to customer service this particular branch can not compete with Chase or Bank of America. I advise all customers to stay away from this Wells Fargo, especially the elderly and handicapped. The staff at this Wells Fargo will ignore the elderly and handicapped.
