When i had an issue with my online banking i went in to see what was going on and they had something completely different and would not admit issue with there system nor would they explain to me how that happened. they gave me information about my account i already knew and well annoyed me, yelled at me, and told me to leave. they where very rude to me. i never had an explanation to what has happened and one of the people that i spoke to was immature and not suitable for a banker's job. he argued with me standing in front of other costumer complaining and acting like a child and then saying "i cant talk to her" when someone else came up to see what was going on. i have been trying to see which out of the 2 banks that i am with is more trust worthy so i know who to get my collage loans from and trust with my money and so far wells fargo has done nothing to keep it safe. already in months have i have to file for fraud on my card and change card numbers. and other instances in the same week with family members where wells fargo employees have taken money from the accounts after they have left the atm. this bank is the worst bank i have come across.
Paymt sent in Dec thru BillPay del to wrong address & the co cashed it. I've been trying to work thru the bank since then to get this corrected. Most of their reps don't read notes sent. I did my own investigation & found the co who rec the payment in error, refunded it with 10 days in Dec. So the bank has had the money all this time yet are making me file a fraud claim, have it notarized by both me & the orig intended receiver. I've even sent the proof. So then I sent a ltr to the CEO, he can't be bothered or even have a mgr get involved, it went to a cust serv ctr for response...a canned response. Before that I tried to get a Dist Mgr to help who assured me he would...never to hear frm him again!
So everything was fine. Had an Account for years, rolled over from the old First Union, which then rolled over to Wachovia, which then became the illustrious Wells Fargo. One day, I went into a branch to do my simple banking and I allowed some over pushy sales person to open up a "few" extra accounts for me. "It will save you here, and there and everywhere in between. It will be very good for you, I promise." Never trust a banker. NEVER. So after being gouged with monthly service fees for "not doing this on this date", or "forgetting to transfer this amount on that date", in addition to the fees for each of the 6 additional accounts created, I decided to close everything because of the confusing nature of having to keep track of all of the accounts. Well, closing the accounts has proven to be the most difficult thing in the world and I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone. Go to PNC. They will treat you MUCH better.
