I AM LEAVING WELLS FARGO AFTER 28 YEARS, the lousy idiots!

I started at Wells Fargo Bank when they were called First Interstate 28 years ago. I have excellent credit and have never been late on a credit card payment in 32 years with well over $150,000.00 in lines of credit. I have a checking account, a savings account, and three Wells Fargo Credit cards, that, up until yesterday had $13,000.00 credit between them.

Three years ago, in January of 2009, I had a $20,000.00 credit line at Wells Fargo. I borrowed a cash advance of $14,000.00 for a business plan. I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT OFF IN SIX WEEKS TIME ! And, that is during a recession!

Their thank you was to send me a letter a month later and cut my credit line down to $7,500.00. Why? There was no reason given and when I called them, it got nowhere.

I, as a taxpayer, helped Wells Fargo get their $25 billion bailout in 2009, so how do they treat me when I am never late on a payment in 28 years? They chop my credit in half, the bunch of double-crossing idiotic jerks.

In 2010, I borrowed $4,000.00 once again against my Wells Fargo MarsterCard. Once again, in a recession, I paid the lump sum off a few weeks later. How did Wells Fargo thank me? A month later, they cut my credit in half again and made it $3,000.00.

This is the last straw. I borrowed a cash advance this year, in 2012, and paid it off in full, for $2,200.00, on Friday, June 22, 2012. I went online four days later to check my account, and, BAM!, I found that Wells Fargo chopped my credit card down to $1,000. This was so insulting that it is stupid. I am not staying with a bank where I borrow a total of $22,000.00 during a recession and pay it off each time within weeks of borrowing, just to watch them disrespect me. It is time to pull my money out and go elsewhere.

If they ever ask for another bailout from taxpayers again during my lifetime, then I will protest it at every turn. They are jerks and they do not deserve favors from American taxpayers and they don't deserve our business.

the word DEPLORABLE does not even describe!

My husband's company uses WF for payroll and THAT is the ONLY reason we opened our account there. We opened an account to be "close" to the source of our bi weekly funds. Needless to say from the beginning I have not been happy. For one, I was fraud ed in a different state which made me non qualified to be on the account. My husband was the sole account holder which is scary when you think of what could happen if he died. My husband went on a trip at the beginning of Feb- debit/credit card had multiple issues - intrastate usage locks, limit locks, etc. Before my husband left (2 weeks) he was approved for a "Secured" credit card and verbally agreed to a max limit of $700.00. The $700 was taken from his account the week of his trip leaving his account short. I represented him in his absence and received nothing but excuses..no resolution. Upon returning home my husband unequivocally requested that the secured card be revoked/cancelled since WF had the $700 and we had no card anyways PLUS the fees were outrageous.

We are ONE MONTH later and WF is STILL messing with that $700.00. We have seen OD transfers from our savings without prior consent...because the alleged "memo posted" $700 is not reflecting on our balance.

We are headed there NOW to address this issue ONCE and for all! I am sick to my stomach at the lack of follow thru and respect to people. My husband works in the oil field - 90+ hours a week and on occasion he even gets "turned away" at WF when he wanted to talk to his bank rep Wade. I thought I was getting somewhere with bank manager Chris - but not at this point. My emails and phone calls have been ignored even though all have been made on my busy husband's behalf.

This WF location that we are having POOR experience with is in Loveland, CO - at Centerra. We are VERY disappointed in this issue...VERY! :( I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

terrible customer service

terrible customer service from wells fargo at 6150 Bollinger Rd, San Jose, CA 95129. this small branch is inside of safe way. The service here is horrible. personal banker and the manager (all Chinease) seem like they will get commission from opening new accounts. I just wanna open only one account, but end up opening so many..........without letting me know the detail, I found out when I went to ATM. they force you give them all 5 stars when the survey comes, and even threaten you that if you didnt give all 5 stars, they say they know your name and home address...... How wells fargo hired this kinda people being as their personal banker, I will never go back with wells fargo
