I received a "deal" a few months ago for 18 months interest free financing for a washer and dryer. It was through wells fargo. For the first few months it went ok but i had to schedule 4 payments at a time and no more. When i went in reschedule payments wells fargo site informed me they had changed to a new site and i needed to re-sign up. Well giving birth to a 10,000 lb elephant would have been easier. They had no details from my other account and was on hold with "peggy" for over an hour. What a mess. I'm glad i dont currently bank with wells and will never.
Kim the store manager is so rude and mean, and always has an attitude when I come in to the bank. There is also another manager named Scott Bales that is always sleeping on the job, LAZY, MEAN, and is rude when I ask him a question. Honestly where do they even find people like this to work in a bank. I thought a banking experience was all about customer service, and going out of the way for the customer. Even when I asked Scott Bales a question he just yelled at me like I'm deaf or incompetent. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS BANK AGAIN, AND I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE TAKES HEED AT BEWARE.
I was the victim of a fraudulent scam -- my identity was stolen and instead of helping me, this bank closed my account! I have no access to my funds, and can't believe they'd treat their loyal customers like this (I banked with them for well over a decade). This is a horrible bank! They will screw you over in your moment of need!
