Took phone payments since they do not have online as an option for paying. When I called to day to make a payment, which I don't normally do, they informed me that they no longer take phone payments. I usually mail in my payment, but I moved to California last week. I figured that I could call it in since everything was kind of chaotic due to the move. Turned out they no longer take phone payments as of two months ago. They didn't send out any notification however, no mail notice, no email, nothing. I asked that if for some reason my mailed payment were to get there late if they would waive the late fee, and the teller woman said she could not do that. The only option I had was to wire, which also incurs a fee. How is this fair? She said she understood my frustration and she offered me the option to transfer me to another person. So, I said ok. I left a message for the man she transferred me to and he called me back right away. He was extremely rude to me. He meanly told me that there's no way they could send out a notification to people they have thousands of customers. He said it was not their fault because we have several options. He called me a liar. Said he didn't know why I was frustrated and that it was my own problem. He talked down to me like I was dumb. I got the name and number of the man above him and hung up the phone crying.
